All three tiers run the same cycle: collection, weighing, delivery and invoice. Both weights side by side, with an alert when they diverge, and the hospital portal are in every tier at no extra cost. How pricing and implementation work.

The monthly fee follows the real size of the operation, not the number of users and not a fixed table. Implementation is paid in milestones, and the last one depends on a measured result.

What sets the monthly fee

  • The volume you process

    The tier comes from the tonnes you run in a month. The system measures it, so you never estimate and never pay for a tier you do not use.

  • What goes on top of the base

    Routes, linen rental and anything under project enter the proposal item by item, each one priced on its own line.

  • Reviewed every six months

    If your volume crosses into another tier, the plan follows. It moves up when you grow and down when you shrink, with no renegotiation and no surprise on the bill.

How implementation is paid

  • On signing

    We block the implementation calendar and you name who owns it on your side. This is the part that makes sure your team is there when we start.

  • At go-live

    The first real collection enters the system, with your hospital, in your operation. From here on you invoice from here.

  • On day 90

    This part is only charged if, in the third month, collections are being recorded the same day they happen and the month-end has run inside the system. If it does not get there, you do not pay.

Essential carries no implementation fee: the setup is yours, at your own pace.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because pricing follows the size of the operation, and the gap between the ends is too wide for a table: a laundry running 20 tonnes a month bills nowhere near one running 350. Half an hour with your numbers gets us to the right tier, and the proposal reaches your inbox within one business day.

How do you know which tier I fall into?

From the demo, at first. After that the system measures it: every weighing is already recorded, so the monthly tonnage is a fact rather than an estimate. Every six months the tier is reviewed against real volume: up if you grew, down if volume fell.

Is there an implementation fee?

Yes, in three parts: one on signing, one when the first collection goes into production, and the last on day 90, conditional. If by the third month collections are not being recorded the same day and the month-end has not run in the system, the last part is not owed. Essential has no implementation fee: you set it up yourself.

Are the portal and the divergence alert charged separately?

No, in no tier. Neither is the weight-divergence alert. These are the two pieces that end the argument: the system compares the declared weight against your scale and flags it when they disagree, and the hospital sees the same figure you do. Charging for them would mean charging for the part that solves the problem.

Is there a lock-in contract or an early-exit fee?

A 12-month minimum term, with no exit fee by tier. And 30 days to cancel at no cost if it does not work for your operation.

How long does admin spend reconciling each day? How many weight disputes a month?
